What's covered

The Tidle warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship for three years from purchase. That includes the seams, valves, drop-stitch construction and fittings, when the dock has been used and looked after as described on the care sheet.

What isn't

Like any inflatable, damage from sharp objects, over-inflation, dragging over rocks or concrete, propellers, or long storage wet or in direct sun isn't a manufacturing fault. Small punctures can be fixed on the bank with the repair kit in the box.

How to make a claim

Contact True Gear with your order number, a short description and a few photos of the problem. We'll come back to you quickly and sort it out. You'll be dealing with an Australian team, not an overseas inbox.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The Tidle warranty is in addition to those rights.
